Have you ever wanted to get early stage startup equity, without the risk of leaving your day job? While it may sound too good to be true – I promise – it isn’t.
Joining a startup is risky. It often pays less than more established companies, and the big benefit (the equity) could be worthless if the company doesn’t get to a financial exit (IPO or acquisition).
Luckily, there’s another way to earn equity in early stage startups without quitting your day job.
Platform Venture Studio has built the infrastructure for founders from all backgrounds to build groundbreaking companies which tackle the world’s biggest problems. We provide an experienced starting team, investment capital and access to the Platform guild to create a clear path to success for our extraordinary founders.
In short – we’re a startup that builds other startups.
And it’s a competitive business.
That’s why we want your help.
We are expanding our Platform Guild. This is our trusted network of advisors and experts that we tap to help our startups get an edge.
When you join the Guild, you get a front row seat to our company building process. You see the good, the bad, and the ugly, and get to hang out with and learn from some of the most talented operators and investors in the world.
But even better than that, that front row seat is actually at a Bruce Springsteen concert…and you’re actually Courtney Cox. Get ready to be on stage!
As we are working on different ideas, we post help requests for specific startups out to the guild. This is your time to shine. If you help us out with a help request, you earn future equity in the company.
These help requests range from help editing blogs to figuring out a go to market strategy to brainstorming names for our next company.
So how does this work?
Each company that we create has a percentage of its shares dedicated to the guild. As the company needs help on certain things, we put out help requests. Each help request will have a listed amount of option points associated to it. When the company is spun out, your option points are allocated to you as shares in the company.
Want to get started?
You can sign up for the Guild now with no commitment here. Whether you want to sit back and learn from others, or take a step into the limelight, we’re excited to have you! If you have more questions – feel free to shoot an email over to email@example.com
